


Gluten-free naan
Super quick, simple, and easy gluten-free naan recipe. Great to dip in curries, or to use as a wrap.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup 1-to-1 gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp psyllium husk whole flakes
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
- Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl: the flour blend, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the greek yogurt until combined.
- Cover and let the mixture sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
- Lightly flour your work surface and then knead the mixture until a nice dough forms.
- Divide the dough into four parts, create balls and flatten them with a rolling pin.
- Cook on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
