Super quick, simple, and easy gluten-free naan recipe. Great to dip in curries, or to use as a wrap.

- 1/2 cup 1-to-1 gluten free flour
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp psyllium husk whole flakes
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
Mix all the dry ingredients into a bowl: the flour blend, psyllium husk, baking powder, and salt.
Add the greek yogurt until combined.
Cover and let the mixture sit for 30 minutes in the fridge.
Lightly flour your work surface and then knead the mixture until a nice dough forms.
Divide the dough into four parts, create balls and flatten them with a rolling pin.
Cook on medium-high heat for 1-2 minutes per side.
