The perfect warm soup for when you're feeling under the weather, or you just want a cozy dish that is easy to make.

Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp garlic
  • 1/2 cup onion
  • 3 chunks julienned garlic I usually peel the garlic and then cut off one inch chunks
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 2 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
  • 3 tbsp chicken bouillon
  • 8 cups water
  • 1/2 green papaya
  • 3 bunches baby boy choy

Instructions

  • Saute garlic, onlion, and ginger on medium heat.
  • When onions are translucent, add in your chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown.
  • Add 8 cups of water, chicken bouillon, and patis. Bring to a low boil.
  • Add green papaya and let cook for 30-45 minutes before adding in the baby bok choy.
  • Serve with rice and enjoy!
