The perfect warm soup for when you're feeling under the weather, or you just want a cozy dish that is easy to make.

- 2 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp garlic
- 1/2 cup onion
- 3 chunks julienned garlic I usually peel the garlic and then cut off one inch chunks
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 2 tbsp patis (fish sauce)
- 3 tbsp chicken bouillon
- 8 cups water
- 1/2 green papaya
- 3 bunches baby boy choy
Saute garlic, onlion, and ginger on medium heat.
When onions are translucent, add in your chicken breasts and season with salt and pepper. Cook until brown.
Add 8 cups of water, chicken bouillon, and patis. Bring to a low boil.
Add green papaya and let cook for 30-45 minutes before adding in the baby bok choy.
Serve with rice and enjoy!
